I hereby authorize Covius Mortgage Solutions, LLC to maintain a record of my Credit Card information and to charge my credit card for products/services I order through the Funding Suite application, by phone, fax, email or any other communication mechanism. I understand that my Credit Card will be charged for each product/service purchased from Covius Mortgage Solutions, LLC and each transaction will include a 3.5% credit card processing fee. I understand and affirm that it is my responsibility to notify Covius Mortgage Solutions, LLC if my credit card is canceled or otherwise unavailable to continue to accept charges, and my account will be locked if my credit card will not accept charges for any reason. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Covius Mortgage Solutions, LLC, its affiliates and employees for any losses resulting from my account being locked and my inability to continue to place orders.
